Sandesh Atyam

Sandesh Atyam is an Associate at QL Partners in the general corporate commercial and mergers and acquisitions ("M&A") practice. His primary areas of focus include exchange control laws, company law, contract law, employment and labour laws, fintech and financial services, and general corporate compliance. As part of the M&A practice, he works closely with startups, founders, venture capital and private equity funds on entry and exit routes, structuring, diligence and documentation involved in fundraising and M&A. In his free time, Sandesh generally enjoys reading non-fiction, particularly on finance, behavioural science and entrepreneurship and is also an avid listener of podcasts on venture capital and public policy.
